What to Expect at Stichting Agape Christian Church Amsterdam

Stepping into an unfamiliar place for the first time can be a little intimidating and maybe even uncomfortable for some people – especially when it’s a church. We get that and have prepared our weekend service to be enjoyable and hassle-free.

When you visit Agape Christian Church Amsterdam, you can expect to feel welcomed and accepted from the moment you step through the door. You’ll be warmly greeted, directed to our welcome area and treated to some fresh coffee (it is Sunday morning, after all). While there, you’ll probably notice people from all different backgrounds and walks of life – maybe even some people you know. While in the welcome area or the auditorium, volunteers will always be close-by to answer any questions and make you feel welcome any way they can.

Agape Christian Church is a body of believers, looking to Jesus as the only true way of salvation. Together, we worship God, and seek to lead lives that are pleasing to Him.

It is clear that the world is less interested in living for God than ever before. We seek to address today’s issues in accordance with the Word of God, that you may lead a life full of Gods blessings without comprising His standard.

The Church may be likened to a living creature. Every part, the head or the body or the limbs, has a valuable role to play. Just as the pastors and leadership have responsibilities, so do all the members.

The pastors, team leaders, and staff of Agape Christian Church are here to serve you, the members, through the provision of:

Regular worship services ( Sunday and Friday) with anointed praise and worship sound preaching, of the word, and altar ministry

Scheduled intercessory prayer meetings

Regular Bible studies for personal spiritual growth.

There is also devotional Bible study material which encourages personal devotional time in the Word of God.
